How it works

Collect. Enrich. Visualize.

neo360 follows one path from chaos to clarity: it collects scattered telecom data from many sources and formats, enriches it into a standardized KPI framework, and visualizes it as smart, browser-based map dashboards. Three stages, one platform, one source of truth.

The starting point

Why telco data is hard to read

In most operators the data that explains the business is scattered. Network performance lives in one system, customer records in another, and every department exports the same data into a different spreadsheet. Data silos limit insight and competitiveness, and no single screen tells the whole truth.

neo360 exists to close that gap. It runs one path, from scattered data points to a single source of truth, expressed as three stages: collect, enrich, visualize.

The three stages

One path, from chaos to clarity

  1. 01

Collect · Bring in every source, in any format

neo360 ingests data from many sources and formats: OSS, call records, network inventory, CRM, business KPIs, voice of customer, crowd-sourced data, data warehouse and network coverage, all onto one platform.

  2. 02

Enrich · Standardize into one KPI framework

Scattered data points are aggregated and distilled into standardized KPI frameworks, with gap analysis comparing actual performance against standard, so the numbers mean the same thing across teams.

  3. 03

Visualize · Read it as smart map dashboards

The enriched data is rendered as smart dashboards built on the fly, on an immersive, browser-based map interface, so each team reads the same map rather than its own export.

Stage one, collect

Many sources and formats, one platform

The first job is to stop the silos at the source. neo360 can ingest data from multiple sources and formats and aggregate it on a single platform, so the inputs that usually live apart, network and business alike, land in one place.

Those inputs span the operator end to end: operational support systems and call records on the network side, inventory and coverage on the asset side, and CRM, business KPIs, voice of customer and crowd-sourced data on the customer and market side.

Stage two, enrich

Collected data on its own is still chaos. The enrich stage standardizes scattered data points into a common KPI framework, so a metric measured one way in one source reads the same way everywhere.

On top of that framework, gap analysis compares actual performance against the standard, turning raw inputs into something a team can act on rather than another table to reconcile.

Stage three, visualize

Smart dashboards on the fly, on a map

The visualize stage is where enriched data becomes a working surface. neo360 renders it as smart dashboards, custom views built on the fly, on an immersive, browser-based map interface, so the analysis is read in geography rather than in rows.

Because the dashboards are user-configurable, each team frames the same enriched data the way it needs to, while still reading off one shared map. Nothing is exported, reconciled or re-keyed to get there.

Collect, enrich, visualize, on one map.

Scattered data points are collected, enriched into structured nodes on the network, and resolve into a single map view. One pipeline, threaded across three stages, ending in a source of truth your teams read together.

The result

A single source of truth

The point of the three stages is not the pipeline, it is what it leaves behind: a single source of truth across departments, where network performance and business KPIs sit on the same map. Real-time pattern discovery and historical trends both read from it, and department heads work from one view instead of one spreadsheet each.

What the pipeline leaves behind

  1. 01

    One platform, not many silos

Network and business data aggregated on a single platform, so every team reads the same map instead of its own export.

  2. 02

KPIs that mean the same thing

A standardized KPI framework with gap analysis, so actual against standard is comparable across departments.

  3. 03

    Dashboards built on the fly

Smart, user-configurable, browser-based map dashboards, so the view fits the question without a new export.
