These terms apply when you use leptonsoftware.com and its subdomains (the "website"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by Lepton Software Export & Research Pvt Ltd, 570, Rao Gajraj Singh Marg, Phase V, Udyog Vihar, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana 122016, India ("Lepton", "we", "us").

2. Our products are covered by separate agreements

These terms cover the website only. Use of our software, data products and services, including free trials, is governed by the agreement or trial terms you accept for that product. If those terms conflict with these, the product terms apply.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes and to learn about our products. You must not:

  • break, or try to break, the security of the website or any system connected to it;
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the website in bulk, except by search engines indexing it for search;
  • send spam or malicious code through our forms or chat;
  • pretend to be someone else or give false information in a form;
  • use the website in a way that harms Lepton, its customers or other users.

Lepton, NetworkAccess, TraffiCure, SmartMarket and our other product names are trademarks of Lepton. Google Maps Platform and other third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear on the website for identification only.

5. Information you send us

When you send us information through a form, chat or email, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send us confidential information through the website unless we have agreed to receive it under a confidentiality agreement.

The website links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. No warranty

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". Product descriptions, figures and case studies are for general information and are not an offer or a guarantee of results. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
