What is neo360?

neo360 is a geo-analytics platform for telecom. It fuses network data (OSS, network inventory, coverage) with business data (CRM, sales, finance, voice of customer) into map-centric dashboards, so the network and the business read off one source of truth instead of disagreeing spreadsheets.

Who uses neo360 inside a telco?

Every department. neo360 ships dedicated analytics modules for Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support and Operations, alongside the network and RF planning teams. Leadership gets the cross-department view; each team gets the slice it works from day to day.

What network analytics are built in?

Site and sector management, site and band-wise coverage, LAC-RAC-TAC analytics, competition coverage overlay (your coverage next to a competitor’s), coverage on custom routes, railways and highways, network traffic analysis, and 5G FWA planning with line-of-sight and Fresnel checks. These are telecom-geo primitives, present out of the box rather than assembled.

What data can neo360 ingest?

Multiple sources and formats: OSS, call records, network inventory, CRM, business KPIs, voice of customer (complaints and surveys), crowd-sourced data and your data warehouse. The point is to bring network and business data onto one map rather than exporting each into its own report.

We already have business intelligence dashboards. Why neo360?

General-purpose BI was not built for the network. It lacks telecom-geo primitives like coverage analytics, LAC-RAC-TAC, sector management and competition coverage overlay, so teams end up reconstructing them by hand every time. neo360 ships those primitives out of the box, on a map, fused with your business data.

Our OSS already has dashboards. Isn’t that enough?

OSS dashboards see the network and only the network. neo360 fuses network data with business data (CRM, sales, finance, voice of customer) on one geo platform, so you can read network performance and business KPIs in the same place instead of stitching them together after the fact.

Is this just another platform to maintain?

neo360 is browser-based and ingests your existing sources and formats, so it sits on top of the data you already have rather than asking you to migrate it first. The departmental modules are designed to be added as you need them rather than stood up all at once.

How is neo360 delivered?

As a browser-based platform with customizable dashboards. Teams build map-centric views for their own questions, from coverage and competition to department KPIs, without installing desktop software. Deployment specifics for your environment are worked through with our team.

Does neo360 connect to 5G FWA planning?

Yes. The 5G FWA module covers feasibility checks (line-of-sight, Fresnel and sector macro-analytics) so you can assess fixed wireless serviceability on the map. neo360 draws on Lepton’s RF data lineage for this; the exact data wiring is confirmed with our team for your network.

Is neo360 a live product, and who runs it?

neo360 is an active product with a live telco deployment at Vodafone. It is used to bring network and business data onto one map across departments. For what a deployment looks like on your network, the next step is a demo with our team.
