To create visibility of Network Signal strength and track & manage field force.

Using Google Maps Platform, the company geocoded their tower and were able to track their field force. We started with a POC and in 2017, it converted into the tracking of 20K assets.

Open Network is a public-facing interface which provides an option to the user to report bad signal, to gather the data and to take necessary action. And Field force tracking helped the company manage its field sales team effectively and cover maximum ground. This application has helped them increase their productivity, especially in the case of on-demand premium customer visits.
