The bank wanted to expand its presence in Bengaluru. It identified certain specific areas and asked us for a prioritisation matrix.
Solution
We were given the performance status of their existing bank branches.
We further analyzed the existing branches to identify factors governing their performance using our demographic, lifestyle, and POI data. A model was constructed using the above information.
Potential performance was computed for the given areas using the above-constructed model.
A prioritisation matrix was computed and shared with the client.
Our prioritisation matrix was fully accepted by the business team.
We suggested them to prioritize 3 locations, deprioritize 1 of them and avoid another 1 location.
