The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire bid process, from initial inquiry to final submission. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to ensure that all bids meet client requirements and company objectives.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL SET
● 2-3 years of Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a related role which includes knowledge of all government portal like GEM, CPP, Railway, State government etc.
● A bachelor’s degree is mandatory. MBA would be an added advantage.
● Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics for government sector
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Knowledge of tender submission and preparation of proposal and supporting document based on government RFP
● Working knowledge of commercial term and condition and pricing
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
● Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in document preparation.
