Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Network Access is a cloud/Web based network management solution that helps Communication Service
Providers efficiently plan, design, and document and maintain their network. Network Access provides an open,
configurable, and scalable geospatial environment supporting fiber & another network equipment used by both
fixed and mobile operators.

Lepton is looking for a Mobile Developer (Flutter) with experience in building high-performing, scalable,
enterprise-grade applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
 The mobile developer position will be required to design, develop, test, document, deploy, support and
sustain the mobile apps (iPhone, iPad, Windows Mobile). Incredible attention to elegant design,
performance, user experience, and scalability, clean and documented code is required.
 Candidate should have experience designing, developing, and launching mobile web-service driven apps in
the Apple App Store.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
 Flutter Framework:
o Mastery in building cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.
o Proficiency in Dart programming language, the primary language used for Flutter
development.
o Experience in implementing UI components, layouts, animations, and gestures using Flutter
widgets.
 Mobile Development Platforms:
o Experience in developing and deploying mobile applications for both Android and iOS
platforms.
o Familiarity with platform-specific integrations and native module development for accessing
device features and APIs.
 State Management:
o Understanding of different state management approaches in Flutter, such as Provider,
Riverpod, Redux, or BLoC.
o Experience in architecting and implementing scalable and maintainable state management
solutions.
 API Integration:
o Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other web services into Flutter
applications.
o Experience in handling asynchronous operations, network requests, and data
serialization/deserialization.
 Database Integration:
o Knowledge of local database solutions for mobile apps, such as SQLite or Moor.
o Experience in implementing data persistence, caching, and offline support in Flutter
applications.
 Authentication and Authorization:
o Experience in implementing authentication flows using OAuth, JWT, Firebase Authentication,
or other authentication providers.
o Familiarity with secure storage mechanisms and best practices for handling sensitive user data.
 Third-Party Libraries and Packages:
o Familiarity with popular Flutter packages and plugins for common functionalities like
navigation, HTTP requests, state management, etc.
o Experience in evaluating and integrating third-party libraries into Flutter projects.

UI/UX Design:
o Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and guidelines for creating intuitive and
visually appealing user interfaces.
o Proficiency in implementing custom UI designs, themes, and animations to enhance user
experience.
 Performance Optimization:
o Ability to profile, analyze, and optimize Flutter applications for performance, memory usage,
and battery efficiency.
o Experience in implementing code splitting, lazy loading, and other techniques to improve app
performance.
o Ability to break down complex logic into manageable tasks, identify and solve potential issues,
and design efficient solutions
 Testing and Debugging:
o Knowledge of unit testing and widget testing frameworks for testing Flutter applications.
o Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues using Flutter DevTools and
other debugging tools.
 Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
o Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of
Flutter applications.
o Proficiency in using CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions for mobile app development.
 Version Control Systems:
o Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for source code management,
collaboration, and versioning.
o Experience in branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews for collaborative
development.
 Communication and Collaboration:
o Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including
designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
o Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and participate in project
planning and estimation.
 Leadership and Mentorship:
o Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and
promote best practices.
o Ability to lead and coordinate mobile development projects, set technical direction, and drive
project success.

● Write efficient queries for core Data.
● Use of Model-View-Controller ( MVC) and Model-View-View Model-Controller (MVVM) as it relates to designing,
developing architecture and developing maintainable, testable and functional software that meets product
requirements.
● Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features.
● BSC/BE/BTECH/MCA/Any Graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
