JOB RESPONSIBILITY
– Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
– Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product.
– Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
– Responsible for Product Testing. (Manual testing, Auto testing, Load/Performance Testing)
– Adherence to standards and procedures related to test script development, testing methodology and documentation. (Test case, Test procedures and Test report)
– UAT with customer.
– Training/Providing Demo to customers.
– Update Product user manual. (as per latest release)
– Resolution of all operational issues of the users for the current solution deployed at the customer premises as reported by customers.
– Coordinate with L3/Dev. Team for resolution/fixing of issue in the product.
– Adherence to all the operational procedures/processes.
– Interact with customers and stakeholder regarding the resolution of issues.
– Regular weekly/monthly review meeting with customer stakeholder to review overall operational support performance.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
– Must be well versed with Load testing (J-meter etc.).
– Strong Mobile app testing knowledge (Appium/ Robotium), API testing (SoapUI/ Postman).
– Strong working knowledge of bug reporting tools like GIT/JIRA.
– Must have worked on automated tools for testing.
– Exposure to the use of automated testing tool (like Selenium/QTP) would be a plus.
– Strong working knowledge of quality assurance methods for .NET applications, windows as well as web products.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
– B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA would be preferred.
– 5 – 8 years of experience.
– Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
– Candidates should hold 60% & above in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
