- JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Primarily responsible for leading the customer engagement (project phases) phase of the project, for various engagements of Lepton’s Telecom business, in the area of GIS based Fiber Inventory Management.
- Doing customer interactions and performing requirement gathering and providing solution for the requirements. Proactively working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme
- requirements & processes. Documenting business requirements as well as solution document for the
- requirements.
- Individually create solutions document and approach based on customer needs for large and complex sales opportunities.
- Formulating and leading technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect Solutions. Facilitate client on product/application understanding through presentations
- demonstrations and benchmarks
- Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth delivery
- Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Act as a L2 Support to resolve the issues faced by Circle teams.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
- 5 – 8 years of experience in Telecom domain, Fiber Networks, GIS based Passive Inventory Management domain.
- Must have atleast 2 years of experience as business analyst, providing solution for customer’s requirements in Telecom applications domain.
- Knowledge of any of the GIS based Fiber Inventory Management Systems will be a great advantage.
- Knowledge on GIS tools such as ArcGIS, MapInfo, QGIS is an additional advantage.
- Knowledge of OSS, BSS, NMS systems is an additional advantage.
- BE/MCA/M.Tech (+ M.B.A will be additional advantage) from premier institutes.
